Eva Longoria seems to favor Coach's new 'KRISTIN' bag. The KRISTIN collection is an assortment of innovative leathers and clean lines. The Kristin collection launched in 2009 and is most known for its clean and effortless appeal, possessing many Coach qualities without having the Coach signature logo. The colors used for this collection are soft and elegant, including shades of coral, blush pink, ivory, pebble grey and burnished amber.

Not just simple leather, the bags are given different finishes for optimum dimension and appeal, including fresh color blocking, embossed exotics, and rich glazed leather. The above pictured bag is made from a premium cowhide. Reef leather naturally has a more solid and structured body that lends itself to a smooth, clean look and handfeel. It is available for $698 at Coach.

Coach is definitely stepping it up with their 'KRISTIN' line! I have to be honest.. I was starting to sleep on their bags. They seemed to be more whimsical and less luxe. Every season, they seemed to be more and more about their "novelty" monogram bags and "the look" was becoming increasingly overwhelming. I'm excited to know they are revisiting the classic, chic, svelte and luxe designs that made them a cult sensation within the handbag community.

Kudos to Coach.

It seems this weekend was Girl's Night Out from coast to coast. Umm.. I, somehow, missed that memo! I would have called up my girls and headed to the paparazzi-friendly hot spots... but then again, with these $4.50 gas prices--maybe not! Nevertheless, here in L.A., Nene Leakes (Real Housewives of Atlanta) and Taylor Armstrong (Real Housewives of Beverly Hills) grabbed a bite to eat at BOA Steakhouse on Friday night. RHOBH is currently taping their next season so I wonder if Nene will be making a cameo? I guess you will have to tune-in to find out but you don't have to wait until next season to peep her shoe game.

Nene rocked Christian Louboutin's 'Madame Butterfly'. This 6" inch platform is made of Napa leather and has an accompanying price tag of $1,195. If you are dying to make them yours, they are available at Barney's.

Lala Vazquez and her bestie, Kim Kardashian hit up the Knicks game over the weekend. From what I understand, it is something like 30 degrees in New York right now.. so I'm quite sure her feet were freezing! However, we all make sacrifices for fashion and you simply can't deny the HAUTENESS of that shoe!

Lala is wearing a stilleto from Italian designer, Giambattista Valli. This pony hair printed, open toe sandal  is measuring in at 4" inches. That's not bad considering that most of Louboutin's heels start at 6" inches. I love the complexity of the design yet the simplistic look as it rests on the foot. Ohh.. how I loves it! I'm not loving this price though... $940. Ouch! I just took one shot to my heart and it never even broke my skin. #FabDown #CodePink

To keep with the spirit of wedges.. today, I am featuring this super cute wedge from Rachel Roy. The 'SUBIRA' is a cross-over sandal with a velcro closure. The heel height is 4.25" and the platform measures around 1.25". It also comes in a blush color and the blush version has a cork bottom. Personally, my favorite is the black version with the tie dye bottom. It kinda has a tribal feel to me.  Not to worry fabs.. you won't have to break the bank on this shoe. It's pricing in at the fab-friendly price of $139. Now, that's how you start the weekend!

Happy Friday Fabs!

Jennifer Hudson hit up 106 & Park to promote her new album 'Remember Me' wearing Christian Louboutin's 'Mary Jane Platform' pump. Look at that heel! Owwwweeee.. it is 6.5" inches.. I love it! The taller.. the better! Well, at least.. that's how it reads in my book!

This leather, almond-toe pump is $995 and available at Neiman Marcus. Kimmy Kakes better known as Kim Kardashian rocked this exact same shoe last week at STK where she dined with her bestie, Ciara. The votes are in... haute shoe, indeed!

Wear them with socks and tights in Spring to get more wear out of them, if you are in a cooler geographical location.

PERFORATED SANDALS: Once designated for only sportswear, perforated accessories have made a fashionable debut in a major way. It’s the perfect material for transitional seasons and a sophisticated and effortless way to add some texture and interest to your shoe collection.

THONG SANDALS: Strappy sandals are a summer must but finding comfort without sacrificing style can be a mission impossible. These are on-trend and totally comfortable too.
ESPADRILLES: Whether you prefer the wedge or the classic flat, these straw styles are the ultimate Spring and Summer shoe. Throw them on for a rooftop movie or a stroll along the boardwalk and you’ll be effortlessly prepared for endless days of Summer.
COLORBLOCK SANDALS: Why stick to one color for footwear when everyone knows that more is more? The graphic colorblock shoe trend has been seen on runways and celebrities, so we think it’s time you take your shot at it. There’s no better way to step into spring than with any one of these fun options.

Well, it's official.. Season 2 of Basketball Wives has ended and it ended with quite a bang! Not to worry for all you die-hards out there, season 3 will premiere in June. For the reunion special, these women were serving up FAB in large doses. I just can't get over how GREAT Tami looked! This show is proof that with a great makeup artist, a great wardrobe stylist and spanx.. anything is possible!

I could comment on the hilarity that is the show.. however, my focus is on fashion so I'll leave it at that. Christian Loubotuin was the most prevalent designer during the show. Several ladies were rocking the red sole and looked great doing so.. Here are a few pics for your fashion enjoyment!

Evelyn was wearing Louboutin's 'Change of Guard' platform stiletto. This, of course, is a popular shoe. I blogged about it a few months ago when Kim Kardashian and Nick Minaj was spotted rocking the black and mint green versions. I loved seeing her in the pink/orange color combo. It looked great against her bronzed skin. She may be full of 'tude but she has great style!

Shaunie was rocking a very eclectic shoe. At first glance, albeit quickly, I thought it was a leopard shoe but when I saw it up close, I was blinded by all the crystals and studs. Ok.. not really blinded but this shoe looks EXACTLY like a shoe from 'The House of Gasoline Glamour' collection. However, I was JUST discussing this shoe with a colleague that works for VH1 and they told me this shoe is from her shoe line that will be making it's debut very soon. In either case, it is definitely a statement piece!

Ashley is wearing Chrisitian Louboutin 'Rainbow Swarovski' platform heel. This is from his Fall 2010 collection.

Jennifer is wearing the EXACT same shoe as Ashley only in a different color scheme.
Tami! Tami! Tami! She definitely gets my vote for MOST IMPROVED! Loved the hair! Loved the makeup! She rocked a pair of 'Stuart Weitzman' open toe, animal platform pumps and looked uber HAUTE doing so.
Gloria, as most of her peers, decided to sport Louboutin. Can you blame her? You just can't go wrong with him! She looked great! Loved the dress and accessories!

Ruthie Davis is giving us some MAJORRRR fabulousity this Friday with her platform sandal from the Spring 2011 collection! It features her signature heel and is matched with a hefty price tag of $965. Ouch!

I really love the architecture of this shoe. It also has an alternate version that features clear PVC where the silver is present. J. Lo was actually spotted in this shoe earlier in the week, while in Puerto Rico with her hubby, Marc Anthony. Hmm... seems like Jenny from the block is getting a lot of love from the paps! She's getting major shine since joining the American Idol crew. Good for her because someone has to bring home the bacon! What does Marc do again? Did I spell his name correctly? Ohhh.. the questions that plague me!

Nevertheless, Ruthie Davis is slated to be in Neiman Marcus this month. Be sure to check her out!

Check out your favorite celebs.. the closets they built.. and the shoes they love...

Who's closet is a MUST HAVE in your book?

Earlier this week, Ciara was spotted at the Knicks vs. Utah Jazz game sitting courtside with her BFF, Lala. Lately, Ciara has been trying to serve up all kinds of FIERCE & FAB and it was nearly impossible to ignore the Versace metal embellished platform boots on her feet. These boots are from Versace’s Fall 2010 collection. Check out more pics below..

The Akris Spring 2011 show was inspired by designer Albert Kriemler’s two vacation day trip in Japan. In collaboration with Akris, Paul Steiger of Walter Steiger shoes, created this wedge called the Ishi.. or “stone” in Japanese. The objective was to recreate the look and posture of standing without shoes on a round stone. With the toes perpetually pointed downwards, it's very reminiscent of a ballerina en pointe.

Umm.. yeah.. I'm going to have to vote SOLE NOT on this one. I'm all about creativity and innovation but I can't support this. You guys know that I am VERY BIG on details and innovation but I immediately think of an ARMADILLO when I see this shoe. Besides that, what woman is really going out on the town with a desire to feel like she's walking on a round stone??? *blank stare* I mean seriously.. what woman do you know that would like to hit up an event standing on her tip toes all night?? *grasshoppers chirping* Zip Zero.

Rihanna was spotted over in Sydney, Australia yesterday arriving to lunch at Beppi's rocking Christian Louboutin's 'Lucifer Bow' studded pumps. As a Christian, I have some unease about that name but I can't deny the HAUTEness of the shoe! I love this pump! It is $995 and is available in nude and black (pictured below) or should I say WAS available. This shoe is completely SOLD OUT!

Not to worry.. I'm sure Louboutin will release an updated version of this shoe as he did with the bestseller 'Misfit' and birthed 'Change of Guard' stiletto, which also has been a bestseller for him!

Ok so brace yourself.. this is just the MOST PERFECT Spring pump! Full of color! Full of GLAM! Full on FEMININITY! This shoe is from Walter Steiger's Spring 2011 collection and can't you just see it being paired with one of those cute little spring/summer dresses that is hanging in your closet? This shoe is pricing in right under $1,000 and I have to be honest.. I don't know that I would actually pay that. Nevertheless, they are fab and incredibly haute!

Happy Friday Fabs!

Here's a look at Nicholas Kirkwood's Spring 2011 line! While NK is one of my favorite shoe designers, his collection is MUCH different from what I'm seeing with other Spring 2011 lines. Neon brights and pop colors are slated to be huge yet somehow they have escaped this collection. Now by no means does that mean that this collection is lacking.. that--it is not! However, it feels more like a fall collection to me. Kirkwood features new design elements such as wooden asymmetrical heels, tassels and plexi heels. Some of the pieces register on my fab-o-meter as a HIT and others I feel.. are a total MISS!

You guys know that I'm a stiletto heel kind of girl.. the thinner.. the taller.. the BETTER! So it has taken me a while to really wrap my mind around the thick, chunky wood heel that the fashion industry has been trying to force feed since they were on the runway at Balenciaga's show. SN: If you have ever questioned the influence of Balenciaga, here you have it!

With that being said, I'm really NOT feeling Kirkwood's interpretation of the chunky heel. When I see them, I feel like I'm channeling my inner grandma but I am sooooo in LOVE with everything else! The architecture of the shoes.. the play on high's & low's of color.. the eclectic heels..

Check out the collection below and judge for yourself!
